For cleaning his building units, where
they live, the tenants receive the
eviction notice.
The tenants 1117 S. Westlake Ave, in Los
Angeles, are tired of the increased rents
and threats by representatives of Savvy
Property Management, LLC. Decided to
repair and to clean the units, on June 9, in
response the owners representatives Mr.
Steven G. Evans, gave evictions to the
organizers. Mr. Steven told all tenants, he
was going to throw them out like the
trash.
